  • Are your products pet-friendly?

When your furry little friend freely roams in your space, please remember that pets and leather don't always go well together. While we use top-grain leather known for its high durability, our warranty does not cover leather damage caused by pets. Nevertheless, it's still wise to approach wear and tear related to pets with caution.

  • Are the sofas protected by anything?

 In the areas of sofas, loveseats, recliners, and chairs, we wholeheartedly provide support. Our product range features semi-aniline top-grain leather with a protective coating, which offers a resilient outer layer that effectively guards against light, scratches, spills, and moisture, ensuring your furniture stays as close to its original condition as possible.

  • Is the sofa size suitable for my space?

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery process, precise measurements are crucial. Be sure to measure the dimensions of the furniture, the living area, and the accessibility of entryways. This forward-thinking consideration will guarantee a seamless delivery process and eliminate any size-related difficulties.

  • Are these furniture made with toxic chemicals?

Rest assured, our production process places a strong emphasis on your health. From procurement to material selection, we have full control over the manufacturing process. With the exception of a few fabrics, most of our materials are sourced within a 100-mile radius of our location. This approach helps reduce emissions and fuel usage, aligning with our commitment to a greener, safer environment.

  • Can I request fabric samples?

Certainly! We strongly encourage you to do so. Assessing fabrics in an online environment can be challenging as subtle differences in texture and appearance are often difficult to convey in a virtual space. Choosing fabric samples is the most prudent way to ensure that the fabric you select aligns perfectly with your preferences and lifestyle. We are more than happy to provide fabric samples for specific items, and we anticipate being able to serve you starting from the next business day.

  • Do you offer trade programs?

Yes! We welcome collaboration with interior designers, contractors, and industry professionals. Please get in touch with us, and we will respond promptly, offering exclusive trade discounts and assisting you in connecting with our customer support team.

  • How do you handle commercial orders?

Order & Delivery

  • Order processing time

After placing your order, you will receive an email with detailed information about the fulfillment process and the estimated shipping date. Once the order is shipped, we will assign a local delivery agent and provide a tracking number for you to easily check for the latest updates at any time.

  • Can I make changes to my custom order once the order is placed?

Custom-made marvels bear a grace period of 24 hours for amendments. After this period, the order may enter the production phase. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds page for more detailed information.

  • Do you ship throughout the entire USA?

Providing a seamless shopping experience nationwide is our forte. Our shipping options are clear, straightforward, and competitively priced, covering the contiguous United States. Please be aware that our services are limited to the continental United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

  • How long will shipping/delivery of my order actually take?

A parcel shipment should take about 3-5 business days/7-10 business days/10-15 business days (according to the nearest warehouse from your delivery address ).

  • Am I able to defer delivery at all if needed?

Delayed move-in plans? We've got you. Defer your delivery up to 90 days.

  • Will you take away my old furniture?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer removal services. Maybe bribe your friends and family with pizza or check out local companies such as TaskRabbit to help!

  • If I order more than one item, will they all arrive at the same time?

Our goal is to make your home furnishing experience as convenient as possible! However, please note that we cannot guarantee that multiple items will arrive simultaneously, as arrival times may vary based on product availability and shipping methods.
